| nope, the lemonpepper sticks quite well. they are wet enough and get cripy easily. when i do this with potato slices ( non- french fries) i drizzle canola oil on the slices then the lemonpepper. grill till cripsy and everyone that has tried them likes those better than fries also. the canola allows browning where the olive oil really isn't for browning though i use alot of olive oil for everything else.
