since there is no recipe page i posted this here..

for you guys that grow your own tomato's.. after tonight, cherry and i will only be grilling green tomato's with lemon pepper.. they were WAY better than fried green tomato's soaked in butter milk, dipped in batter and fried and alot healthier. we tried it just because i had the grill going. ( cherry's idea ). darn they were good!  so no more fried green tomato's for us.  and alot easier!!

nope, the lemonpepper sticks quite well. they are wet enough and get cripy easily. when i do this with potato slices ( non- french fries) i drizzle canola oil on the slices then the lemonpepper.  grill till cripsy and everyone that has tried them likes those better than fries also. the canola allows browning where the olive oil really isn't for browning though i use alot of olive oil for everything else.
