Went out early Saturday morning and by the sounds of things at the cleaning station we were too deep. We headed south from the harbor and fished from 70 to 100 FOW and went 2 for 2, both kings.
On Sunday morning we went out just north of the Herring Hole and fished in 40 to 60 FOW with most of our gear running 20 to 30 feet down. Went 8 for 11 with no clear method standing out, all fish were kings. Took fish on dipseys, downriggers, and lead core. 10 of the 11 hits came on magnum spoons that were glow green with red or orange noses. Moonshine Bloddy Nose and Flounder were good and also Silver Streak Glow Yellow Tail. The one other hit came on green glow aces high plug, that was our biggest fish at just over 15 lbs.
The most exciting part of the day was a triple. One on 10 colors, one on the downrigger and one on a dipsey. We managed to boat all three
