Made it to the bay just south of Huron Point on Monday morning. Lots of boats on a beautiful day. Ran harnesses on bb's 1.0-1.5mph, and drifted with a large pack of about 40 boats. Also threw a Hot n' Tot out on one of the boards and kicked up the speed to about 2.0 for awhile. Nothing but a drum and two rock bass in 4 hours. Saw one walleye netted all morning (about a 22 incher). Changed blade colors, even drifted with a Lindy rig and jigged awhile, with no success on the walters. Depth was 7-10 ft. It was a nice day to be on the lake! Bill M.
