ok i will be first.
when does elizebeth park open? is anyone fishing for walleye yet? how much ice has been coming down?
i figured it was just a matter of time before these questions were asked, so i thought i would get the ball rolling

Lake Erie Metro Park is open. Some ice still to come down from Lake St. Clair, but this wind and warm temps will get it moving. Here is the website for a satellite view;

Two more weeks, then hopefully it will be time for me to fish.

| Elizabeth Park usually opens April 1. They have opened earlier in the past based on weather.

We had to confirm the date with them so they plan on being open as long as the river is navigable
